CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By registering for each event organized by the operator below, the participant grants CAMPING CARAVANING CLUB ISC SERVICE - KOŠICE, Bencúrova 13A, 040 01 Košice,

Company ID: 31959113 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller") within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) and Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of: promoting the Controller on its website, social media profiles, as well as towards third parties, with the intention of building its reputation, by publishing photographs from organized events and activities of the Controller, evaluating competitions, keeping records of competitors, communicating with them, sending information regarding competitions, possibly supplementing or explaining the terms and conditions of the competition; in the following scope: black and white or colour photograph video recording (video and/or audio recording of a natural person) name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, home address.; for a period: 5 years from the date of registration, or 30 days after my withdrawal of consent.

This consent to the processing of personal data is a freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous expression of my will. I have been informed that after the expiry of the period for which I granted this consent, or after its withdrawal, my personal data will be mechanically destroyed (shredded) and will no longer be processed in any database. Before granting my consent, I was informed of the following facts: my personal data will not be provided to the recipient / will be provided to the website administrator / my personal data, the provision of which is voluntary, will be stored for the period of validity of the consent and will not be processed for any purpose other than the one for which they were obtained. As a data subject, I have the right to request from the Controller access to my personal data concerning me, the right to rectify or erase them or limit processing, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. in a justified case, as a data subject, I have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. I acknowledge that the cross-border transfer of my personal data to a third country does not take place. I acknowledge that there is no automated decision-making, including profiling.

I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time, even before the expiry of the period for which this consent was granted. I can exercise this right by e-mail, phone or by sending a written request by registered mail with the text "GDPR" to the contact details below. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
