Title I
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1
Name of the organization: The association has the name: CAMPING CARAVANING CLUB ISC SERVICE - KOŠICE in abbreviation: a) CCC ISC SERVICE - KOŠICE b) CCC ISC SERVICE - KE
Article 2
Characteristics of the organization: CCC ISC SERVICE - KOŠICE is a voluntary, non-political, independent social organization associating fans of camping, caravanning and motoring, which was established on the basis of Act No. 83/1990 Coll. Act on Associations of Citizens in the Legal Form of an Association of Citizens.

Headquarters of the organization: Košice
Article 4
Territorial scope: CCC ISC SERVICE- KOŠICE brings together fans of camping, caravanning and motoring of the city of Košice and its surroundings. It develops its activities mainly in the region of eastern Slovakia, but also throughout the territory of Slovakia and abroad.

Title II.
MISSION AND STATUS OF CCC ISC SERVICE
Article 8
Mission: CCC ISC SERVICE - KOŠICE creates conditions within the fulfillment of tasks in satisfying the interests of a wide range of members and supporters in the field of camping, caravanning and motoring. Mission of Camping Caravaning
Club ISC SERVICE - KOŠICE is: To bring together supporters of camping, caravanning and motoring on a voluntary basis. To organise tourist, automotive, motorsport and other sporting events and competitions. To create conditions for the development of motorcycling and motorsport interests of its members. To promote tourism, camping, caravanning, automobile and other motorsport, to inform the public about its activities and to enable citizens, especially young people, to participate in sports, motorsport and motorsport events. To carry out advisory, information and advertising activities in the field of motortourism and motorsport.
To organize the leisure time of individuals and entire families on the basis of strict ecological principles with a focus on cultural-cognitive, technical, sports, tourist, social, educational and humane activities based on fully democratic principles. To cooperate with state authorities, sports and physical education organizations and interest associations that participate in the development of physical culture, technical thinking and motoring skills of the population. To cooperate with other organizations in organizing motortourist, motoring and sports events. To develop activities on the principle of peaceful coexistence between nations without distinction of political, religious beliefs, racial and national affiliation while respecting all laws of the Slovak Republic.
In cooperation with other professional institutions, to participate in increasing the level of campsites and campsites in the region. To lead club members to take care of their health by adopting the principles of proper use of free time. To participate in increasing the technical level of caravanning and camping in the form of consulting activities in the purchase, construction, operation and use of tents, caravans and motorhomes, as well as their accessories. To assist in the publication of catalogues, maps, promotional material of campsites, campsites and their popularization in the Slovak Republic and abroad in the interest of tourism development.
Article 9
Status: CCC ISC SERVICE - KOŠICE is a voluntary social organization that can associate with organizations with a similar focus.
Title III
MEMBERSHIP, RIGHTS
AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MEMBERS
Article 10
Membership in CCC ISC SERVICE - KOŠICE is voluntary. Any person with legal rights, regardless of gender, race, religion, political, state and national affiliation, who agrees with the Statutes and goals of CCC ISC SERVICE - KOŠICE, can become a member. Membership is established on the basis of a written application. Admission as a member is decided by the committee of CCC ISC SERVICE - KOŠICE on the basis of the set criteria determined by the internal organizational regulation (hereinafter referred to as the GTC). Membership in CCC ISC SERVICE - KOŠICE is distinguished into: a) honorary - An honorary member of CCC ISC SERVICE - KOŠICE becomes a member or person who is elected as an honorary member by the membership meeting.
The election must be unanimous. An honorary member does not pay any contributions. He has only an advisory vote. It is the highest award of CCC ISC SERVICE - KOŠICE. b) Individual
- a natural person over 18 years of age, c) individually - a natural person under 18 years of age, with the consent of legal representatives d) collectively
- a legal entity that applies for membership by a written application e) a friend of the club
- a person who sympathizes with the club and its activities, but does not actively participate in the activities of the club. From Article 11 of the club's statutes - members' rights, points a), e), f) do not apply to him. He has only an advisory vote.
Article 11
Members' rights: Every regular member over the age of 18 registered in the club has the right to: vote and be elected to the club committee, control bodies and commissions formed in the club to speak at assemblies, to submit suggestions, proposals, complaints, to comment on resolved issues until a decision is made to be informed about the activities and management of the club to be invited to negotiations, if it is decided to use all the benefits, common means and facilities of the club member under the age of 18 has the same rights, except for the right to vote, vote and be elected
Article 12
Obligations of members: Each regular member is obliged to: pay club fees in the specified amount and within the specified deadline. The date and amount of the membership fee is determined by the GTC. to comply with the statutes of the club and to follow democratically adopted resolutions, to protect and improve the property of the club to participate in membership meetings
Article 13
Termination of membership: Membership in CCC ISC SERVICE - KOŠICE terminates: by withdrawal of the club member - in writing, expulsion of the club member for gross violation of the statutes, non-payment of the membership fee, death of the member, dissolution of the club
Title IV.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Article 14
Club regulations: The club follows its own program, which is in accordance with the statutes of CCC ISC SERVICE - KOŠICE and internal organizational regulations. The club may associate and join regional associations or organizations at its own discretion.
Article 15
Club bodies: club membership meeting, club committee, chief club controller, event organizing committee (tourist events, driving skills, slalom, rally, etc.)
Article 16
Membership meeting: It is the highest governing body of the club and meets once a month or as needed. The exclusive competence of the Club Membership Meeting includes: to elect at least 3 members of the Club Committee (President, Vice-President, Manager) for the term of office defined by the GTC to elect the Chief Controller for the term of office defined by the GTC to dismiss any member of the Committee or the Chief Controller to approve the co-optation of a new member of the Club Committee or the Chief Controller by the end of the term of office to approve the Statutes, internal organizational regulations, their amendments and amendments, Changes in the name and logo of the club Approval of the proposal of the club's activities for the next period and the draft budget Deciding on the expulsion of a club member based on the proposal of the committee or the proposal of any member of the club, deciding on the most serious issues related to the club, such as the sale and purchase of real estate, association with other clubs and organizations in the region (republic), dissolution of the club, etc. Approving the conclusion of contracts in the field of property, legal and other important relations has the right to award the highest distinction to the club, namely to elect as an honorary member of the club other issues that are determined by the membership meeting of the club A members' meeting has a quorum when at least 30% of members with a casting vote or representatives of families registered in the club are present.
The decision of the members' meeting is adopted if an absolute majority of the members present vote for it. The decision on the dissolution of the club requires the consent of 2/3 (two-thirds) majority of all members with a casting vote. Minutes of the meeting of the members and committee meetings of the club are drawn up, in which the course of the meeting and the decisions made are briefly captured. The minutes are signed by the chairman of the membership or committee meeting of the club and the recorder. Each member has the right to request the club committee to issue an extract from the minutes.
Article 17
1. Club Committee: the Club Committee is headed by the President The Committee also consists of: Vice-President(s), Secretary, Manager, Chairmen of Expert Committees (Youth, Camping, Technical, Promotional, etc.), if individual functions are appointed, Chairmen of Organizing Committees of Events (hereinafter referred to as OVP) are also temporary members of the Committee, if they are appointed, the election of Club officials takes place at the Members' Meeting in the manner chosen by the Members' Meeting (secret, public). Each elected member of the Committee must be over 18 years of age. The function of a member of the Committee of the Committee is voluntary. Co-optation must be confirmed by the membership meeting of the club at its next meeting. A meeting of the club committee has a quorum if an absolute majority of the committee members are present. Article 18
Chief Controller: He is the main control and revision body of the club, he is elected for a term of office defined by the GTC. He is independent and informs the committee and the membership meeting of the club about his findings. He is subject to and accountable for his activities exclusively to the membership meeting. A member of the club over 18 years of age can become the chief controller. His rights and obligations include: monitoring the observance and application of the club's statutes, relevant legal regulations, as well as the fulfilment of resolutions and tasks set by the membership meeting, discussing and monitoring the handling of members' suggestions, proposals and complaints, supervises the management of the club's property, from which he prepares a report - at least once in 6 months, proposes measures to remedy the identified deficiencies participates in the meeting of the club committee with the voice of the advisory m has the right to request an explanation from any member of the club's body, to get acquainted with all facts and to look into all club documents. In the event that the Committee does not convene a members' meeting in accordance with these Statutes, it has the right to convene it
Article 19
Organizing Committee of the Event: The Organizing Committee of an event (VET) organized by the Club is the body of the Club and is subordinate to the Committee of the Club. Its task is to organize individual events. The Committee of the Club appoints and dismisses the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the event for each event separately. The President of the VET appoints other members of the VET, whose task is to prepare the event entrusted to them at the best professional, social, cultural and sporting level. The relevant provisions of the Club Committee apply accordingly to the meetings and minutes of the VET.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS

OBLIGATIONS

4. CHAIRMAN OF THE ORGANISATIONAL COMMITTEE
COMMITTEE OF THE EVENT has rights and obligations: appoints other VET members, whose task is to prepare the assigned event for them at the best professional, social, cultural and sporting level, taking into account the maintenance of the good name of the club, decides on the activities of the VET assigned to it and is responsible for its activities, submits a report on the activities of VET to the members' meeting and the club committee in the club committee has a casting vote

Title VI.
STATUTORY REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CLUB
Article 22
The appointment of the statutory representative of the club is based on §20 (1) of the Civil Code. The club committee is a representative and executive body of the club. All members of the club's basic committee (president, vice-president, manager) are entitled to act and act on behalf of the club independently. We understand the functionaries of the club committee as t a t u t a t a r n y c h a t u p c o v k l u b u. Other club members have the right to sign official documents and act on behalf of the club, unless they are authorized to do so by a decision of the club committee, which results from §20 (1) of the Civil Code.
Title VII
MANAGEMENT AND PROPERTY
STATUS
Article 23
The Club manages its own property, as well as the property that it acquires for permanent or temporary use. The relevant provisions of the legislation of the Slovak Republic, these Statutes and the GTC apply to the financing of the Club's activities. Funds for the performance of tasks may be obtained: from the payment of membership fees from economic activities from the revenues of advertisements and promotion, from subsidies from sponsors' contributions from the organization of social, tourist, motoring and other events from consulting activities in the field of camping, caravanning and motor sport from other means, if it is in accordance with the legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
The manager is responsible to the club committee for compliance with legal regulations in the management of the club. The club has the right to carry out economic activities within the scope of the subject of business contained in the provision of Article 23, point 3 of these Statutes. The club committee is entitled to expand the scope of business activities according to current needs and possibilities in accordance with the legal regulations of the Slovak Republic and these statutes of the club. The financial year of the club is the same as the calendar year. The club committee is obliged to report to the club membership meeting on the club's management for the relevant period - at least once a year. The chief controller is obliged to submit a report on the control of the club's management to the club's membership meeting - at least once a year.
Title VIII.
DISSOLUTION OF THE CLUB
Article 24
A club will cease to exist if a membership meeting of 2/3 (two-thirds) majority of all members with a casting vote registered in the club decides to do so.
Title IX.
FINAL PROVISION
Article 25
These Statutes were approved by the Members' Meeting on: 29.6.2019 Their interpretation is carried out by the Club Committee and the Internal - Organizational Regulation. The Statutes enter into force on the day of registration. Matters not regulated by these Statutes and the GTC are governed by generally binding regulations valid in the Slovak Republic. Article 1
Purpose: The purpose of the internal organizational regulation (hereinafter referred to as the GTC) of the Camping caravanning club ISC SERVICE - KOŠICE (hereinafter referred to as CCC ISC SERVICE - Košice) is to interpret the club's statutes and also serves as a supplement to them, for the purpose of determining the amount of the membership fee and modifying items that may be changed without change in the statutes and to which the statutes refer.
Article 2

The funds can be used: for the purchase of documents necessary for keeping records of the club, for the purchase of necessary office supplies to an appropriate extent, various operational expenses based on the decision of the club committee. These expenses are subject to additional approval at the next membership meeting.

Proof of participation: the method of proving and documenting participation in selected events that are subsidized by the club for the purpose of their reimbursement:
Terms and conditions: Each member of the club who wants to use the approved subsidy for the event is obliged to prove it in one of the following ways and their combination: Write out a travel order Submit a travel ticket, a receipt for payment of accommodation Provide an account for the payment of the participation fee Provide credible photo documentation If it is a joint event, the leader of the event will submit a report with an attendance list and photo documentation

Article 1
